Opposite of what some people believe, dogs can and do sometimes run past the property line. They may just want what’s on the other side enough to endure the pain of the shock. Also, this fence does not keep other animals from entering your property, so your dog may not be safe. There may be an electrical outage or the batteries in your dog’s collar may die, making the fence faulty.
